The
Teosinte Bridge Project
The
hamaca is the old bridge, made of old rotten boards wired to cables. During
hurricane Mitch this bridge was under water. It's the only way to cross the
river in the wet season to go to the high country. It is being replace by
the new bridge but funds have run out to finish it.
